The Law Offices of John Caravella, P.C. Expands Practice into Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — The Law Offices of John Caravella, P.C. has announced that it is expanding its practice with the opening of its new office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The office is located at 110 East Broward Boulevard, Suite 1700.

With offices in Uniondale, New York and New York, New York, the firm will continue to concentrate on construction-related matters involving contract negotiations, litigation and arbitration. Mr. Caravella chose the Fort Lauderdale location because of his familiarity with the area; he has extensive contacts in the legal community and he received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.

Mr. Caravella spent 10 years as a project architect, working on commercial and tenant renovations and high-end custom residences. As an attorney, he currently serves the legal needs of the construction community, representing numerous architects, builders and subcontractors. He also deals with drafting and preparing American Institute of Architects (AIA) agreements, litigating various contract, bond and lien claims and assists property owners dealing with defective construction.

A member of the Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association’s Construction Law Committee, Mr. Caravella serves of counsel to the Robinson Caddy law firm on construction matters, writes for The Ft. Lauderdale Construction Law Blog and serves as a neutral to the American Arbitration Association Construction Industry Panel of Neutrals and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution.
